Invest with a Guaranteed Income

Investors can purchase a suite with a 999 year lease and guaranteed a 5% net income up to June 2015. The income will be paid in monthly instalments.

Alternatively an investor can request a guaranteed income of 4% net and benefit from 30 nights free use of the hotel every year up to June 2015 (terms and conditions apply).

Park Plaza Hotels Europe will manage, let and maintain your suite during the guaranteed income period and will continue to do so in accordance with a 25 year agreement.
