Park Plaza Westminster Bridge will have 1021 apart hotel suites, each suite is designe led and contemporary, fully furnished with marble bathrooms, flat screen televisions and, unlike any typical hotel, every suite will have a kitchenette. The apart hotel concept provides a long term investment opportunity with a 5 year guaranteed income period from completion.

Park Plaza Hotels Europe will manage, let and maintain your suite during the guaranteed income period and will continue to do so in accordance with a 25 year agreement
